BDC Agent Success Report - By BDC Agent

This view of the BDC Agent Success Report displays the detailed performance for each individual BDC Agent in the indicated campaign.

Note: BDC Agents also have access to this report in order to view their call statistics. In this case, the report only shows the results for the logged-in user.

The report generated contains the following data:

• First Name and Last Name of each BDC Agent.
• Performance metrics. Refer to BDC Agent Success Report for column information.
